Settle every supplier and driver, trip by trip
What the module does
Register who does the work: your own drivers and cars, partner companies and freelancers, each with their drivers and vehicles and the terms you agreed, whether a fixed amount, a percentage or a share per trip. Supervisors approve trip expenses before anything is settled.
Each trip is then settled with proof of payment and a WhatsApp notice, net of any cash the driver already holds. Finance runs batches on a weekly or monthly cycle, records, reverses or voids payments and issues PDF statements, and a settled trip is locked against edits.

Can a settled trip still be edited?
No. Once a trip is included in a settlement it is locked, so the numbers can't drift.
What if a settlement is wrong?
Finance reverses or voids it. Settlements are reversible, not deleted, so the history stays intact.
Can we settle partner companies as well as our own drivers?
Yes. Partner companies and freelancers have their own drivers, vehicles and terms, and are settled the same way, net of any cash their drivers collected.
