1. Who we are
This policy explains how Blitz Technology Solutions LLC (trading as Blitz Armada) (Blitz, we), of 90 Hassan Ma'moun, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt, handles personal data when you visit blitzarmada.com, contact us, or sign up for and use Blitz 5. For these purposes, we decide how and why your data is used.
When a business uses Blitz 5 to manage its own customers' data, that business is responsible for it and we process it on its behalf under our Data Processing Agreement. If you are a customer or guest of a business that uses Blitz 5, please contact that business about your data.
2. What we collect and why

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Where your data is stored and transferred
We store account and product data in Saudi Arabia. Our team works from Egypt and accesses the data from there to run and support the Service. Some providers in section 3 process data in other countries.
When data moves between countries, we use the safeguards the applicable law requires, such as contractual commitments from the provider.
6. How long we keep it

7. How we protect it
Data travels over encrypted connections and is encrypted at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it. We never see or store your full card number. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete it, or to limit how we use it;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time, such as for analytics cookies, without affecting what was done before;
- receive your data in a portable format; and
- complain to your data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email info@blitzarmada.com. We will reply within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. We may need to confirm your identity first.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell Blitz 5 account owners by email before it takes effect.
